I am a new customer with Associated Bag, and I can attest that they have the best customer service of all vendors I currently work with. I’ve been searching for new jackets to put our traffic citations in for quite some time. A colleague of mine in another city recommended Associated Bag. Not only was the website easy to navigate, offering a free sample made all the difference. I was able to review the product with the clerks who would use them and decided to place a healthy order. The day after getting the sample, a customer service specialist reached out to ask if they could assist further. She was able to offer additional suggestions and another sample so that we were sure of our decision. Both samples along with a catalog were in my office the very next day. To add, someone from administration reached out about our order to make sure things were alright and to indicate not to hesitate to reach out if I had additional questions. The promptness of their responses and the care given to what I needed is valued and appreciated. I wish I could order all court supplies from Associated Bag.

My first experience with Associated Bag was over three years ago as the Production Manager for Sow Good Inc. We were a new company and needed something very specific the same day. Not only did someone answer the phone, but they were more helpful than anyone I had dealt with in my manufacturing career. They had the item stocked and waiting at will call by the time I could get to the distribution center. Now three years later in procurement for Global Gourmet Food Solutions, which had a vetted and established list of approved suppliers, Associated Bag yet again not only beat the lead time on a hard-to-find size/type of bag sealing tape but also beat their competitor’s cost considerably. This is to say nothing of their incredible customer service. It genuinely feels like they care as much about the business I am working for as I do. Any plant I visit I find a way to sneak in the questions “Who do you use for your poly liners? Where do you get your UPVC tape?” etc. If the answer isn’t Associated Bag Company, I am sorry but it’s wrong.

I’m the primary from the “Amador Garlic Grower” in Plymouth, CA. Although I’m not using poly bags for my garlic, I am using them for most of the 27 varieties of vegetables I grow. You guys are awesome as usual. I’ve been working at McKernan for almost 9 years and have personally ordered from Associated Bag the entire time. I always get everything very quickly and I like being able to drive over to the Sparks facility and just pick up the roll of foam or whatever else I might need in a hurry. The people there are always really great and the lady in the office is so sweet.
Keep up the good work! People can be difficult these days. It’s nice to deal with a really great company with great employees who don’t act like they hate everyone and everything.
